COOPAH - I run because in running I find everything I need. I can use a run to calm down my anxieties or use it to challenge my mind and body. On a run I can dig into a problem mentally or use it to escape my problems. And, finally, I run to both feel great, and sometimes feel like total crap, at the same time!

COOPAH - I run towards the best version of myself. It’s a portal. An incredible tool to connect, disconnect and discover beautiful places while realizing my own potential.

COOPAH! I run because, as a wise man (Russ Cook) once vocalized better than I ever was able to: you don’t get to choose if you have pain in life, but you can choose the pain. I choose the running pain, the one that allows me to cope with and better take in the rest of the world around me

COOPAH I started running to get out of the house during COVID, but now I run because it's a healthy way to take in the world around me, to explore new areas, and to generally feel better about myself and my surroundings.

COOPAH- to experience the world with my own two eyes, feel it with these two legs, to see my community different, to discover and most important: to keep the damn pocket robot and algo's at home. Keep going!

COOPAH I run to discover more about myself. I founded Introspctive Running to share the message that running is more than a workout, it is an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and others.

I talk a bout that on our Italian podcast "Run Within" where we interviewed people like Francesco Puppi and Martina Valmassoi.
